It shall be Lessee’s obligation to make immediate replacement and/or repairs at his expense for any damage to the unit including, but not limited to, windows, doors, toilet, batch, kitchen, floors, ceilings, walls, including electrical and water system facilities, and other parts of the leased building.
承租人有义务自费及时更换和/或维修出租单元的任何物件损坏,包括但不限于窗户、门、马桶、浴缸、厨房、地板、天花板、墙壁、水电系统设施以及出租建筑的其他部分。

出租人对承租人资产、设备、家具和个人财产的任何损害、损失或损坏不承担任何责任,包括承租人及其客人或与其同住的其他居住者在出租房屋内或房屋所在建筑/院落内发生的非正当死亡/或任何刑事/民事指控。
